PROSPECTUS 'ARTS & SPORTS'
ARTS
The school has Arts Mark Gold status in recognition of the range of activities on offer to the pupils in the arts. This includes weekly music lessons delivered by a specialist teacher, dance modules, art lessons delivered by resident artists and of course the annual school production involving every single pupil in the school and a firm favourite with parents.
SPORTS
The school has Sports Mark status and provides pupils with a wide range of curricular and extra-curricular activities appropriate to pupils’ physical capabilities. Activities on offer, as well as swimming and the traditional sports, are cycling, (the school has a set of adapted and standard two wheeler bikes), judo, trampolining, outdoor pursuits, walking and running clubs.
